This beach house, just 270 m from the beach, is ideal for a summer holiday and offers a welcoming atmosphere and well-organized spaces, perfect for families or groups of friends.
Consisting of three spacious bedrooms and a master bathroom, it guarantees comfort and privacy.
A second small outdoor bathroom with shower is ideal for freshening up immediately after a day spent on the beach.
The house has two outdoor spaces: at the entrance you will find a welcoming area with sofas, while on the other side you will find another furnished space to allow you to eat outdoors.
The property also has a garage, for added convenience.
The bedrooms include a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each that can be joined to create two double beds, offering maximum flexibility according to the needs of the guests.
If necessary, a cot can be added for the little ones, thus ensuring maximum comfort for the whole family.
